Percentage of mothers currently breast feeding infants 0-12 months who are counseled to continue to breast feed through the 12th month
Numerator: Number of mothers counseled to continue to breast feed through the 12th month Denominator: the number of children 0-12 months with mothers who are currently breastfeeding who have a well child visit (pulled from the charts of 0-24 month
Goal
100 percent of mothers currently breastfeeding that are counseled to continue to breast feed through the 12th month
