Online Advocacy Training Course
Overview
Be Our Voice developed this online course to help train healthcare professionals to become advocates for change in their communities. Based on the Be Our Voice Advocacy Resource Guide and Advocacy Toolbox, this course:
- Provides the learner with information about how healthcare professionals can become advocates for childhood obesity policy change.
- Gives advocates a chance to practice their skills in a simulated community
- Helps the learner create a personal Advocacy Plan that outlines the action steps towards achieving their advocacy goals.
