Continuing Education

The National Initiative for Children’s Healthcare Quality is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. NICHQ designates this educational activity for a maximum of 15.25 category 1 credits toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award.  Each physician should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the activity.

The National Initiative for Children’s Healthcare Quality is an approved provider of continuing education by the Vermont State Nurses’ Association, Inc., an accredited approver by the American Nurses’ Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

NICHQ designates this educational activity for a maximum of 15.25 contact hours. Each nurse should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the activity.

Consistent with NICHQ’s continuing education policy, faculty for this conference are expected to disclose at the beginning of their presentation(s), any economic or other personal interests that create, or may be perceived as creating, a conflict related to the material discussed. The intent of this disclosure is not to prevent a speaker with a significant financial or other relationship from making a presentation, by to provide listeners with information on which to make their own judgments.
