Awards Dinner

Entry to the Awards Dinner is included in both the three day and general conference passes. Extra tickets for guests can be purchased for $75.

Opening Keynote, Awards Dinner & Entertainment

Available for participants who are not attending the general conference (purchased alone or add-on with ONLY Day 1 Workshops) for $125. NOTE: If attending the general conference, you can bring guests to this opening dinner for $75.

Substitutions and Cancellations

Substitutions must be submitted in writing by email to forum@nichq.org. There is no charge for substitutions at any time. It is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure that all requests are received by NICHQ. Cancellations can be done online through our registration system.

Refunds for cancellations will be based upon the date the cancellation is received in NICHQ’s registration system as follows:

  • By January 15, 2010: Full payment refund less $59 handling fee
  • January 16, 2010 – February 12, 2010: Full payment refund less $359 fee ($159 if Workshops or Congress only)
  • After February 13, 2010: No refund

Refunds apply to enrollment fees only. Hotel cancellations must be made directly by contacting your hotel. The National Initiative for Children's Healthcare Quality (NICHQ) reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the 8th Annual Forum for Improving Children's Healthcare, your forum registration fee(s) will be credited towards participation at the re-scheduled 9th Annual Forum for Improving Children's Healthcare. All other cancellations are subject to the Cancellation Policy stated above.

1.  How do I enroll?

We only accept online enrollments.  Click here to enroll.

2. I am Dr. Smith's assistant and he has asked me to enroll him.  Can I do this?

Yes.  Simply complete the registration information using Dr. Smith's contact information and include your own email address in the cc email address field so you also receive a copy of the registration confirmation.

3.  I have to cancel my enrollment.  How do I do this online?

Enter your online registration using the link in your confirmation email and cancel. If you do not have your confirmation email, go to the enrollment tab and click on Register Now. When you get to the Online Registration system, click on "Already Registered" in the bottom right hand corner and follow instructions. Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy for the event.
