The NICHQ Childhood Obesity Action Network invites you to the second National Congress on Childhood Obesity, a milestone in the ongoing campaign to end the epidemic. Learn more about treating childhood obesity, exchange ideas and gain inspiration from your colleagues from around the country. Policymakers, practitioners, healthcare educators and other active leaders will convene to discuss approaches, review successes and analyze barriers to bring solution to light. Together we can reduce the prevalence of childhood obesity.
The initiative aims to reduce delays and improve follow-up to newborn hearing screening programs using a quality improvement process while integrating the Medical Home concept for infants with hearing loss. The methodology can also be applied to other types of “early and continuous” screening programs.
