Jump Start trainings
Two day in-person course
Jump Start training is an entry level course for leaders seeking to improve quality, eliminate errors, reduce costs, and improve organizational performance. The Jump Start training courses support the clinical topic areas selected by the teams with tailored examples to help them achieve their desired outcomes. Our objective for the program is that each team of attendees will leave with a roadmap for their specific quality improvement project.

QI Coaching
Yearlong virtual teaching and assistance
QI Coaching is an opportunity for a quality improvement team to have expert support and guidance through a yearlong virtual engagement. Team will experience a variety of one hour webinars throughout the year and have access to one hour of technical assistance per month with a QI expert. Through the educational webinars participants will learn how to (1) design and execute improvement projects; (2) understand how to shape a project to increase the probability of success; (3) establish and apply measures to analyze project success; and (4) apply QI methods to their work.
