The National Institute for Children’s Health Quality (NICHQ) is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to driving dramatic and sustainable improvements in the complex issues facing children’s health. Project Director - Contingent
We're urgently seeking a Project Director contingent on a contract award to provide strategic oversight and management of a complex federally funded project to begin on June 1, 2023. A Senior Director with commensurate experience will be considered. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience at the national level working on issues relevant to child safety and injury and violence prevention, including national leadership convening and facilitating diverse stakeholders in efforts to increase coordination and synergy of efforts to improve child safety.
Human Resources Assistant
As an individual and as part of a team, the Human Resources Assistant will provide support to Associate Director, HR, and supply a wide range of HR support to staff. The HR Assistant supports the recruitment function: posting positions internally as well as externally, communicating the status of positions to departments and recruiters, and onboarding new hires. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and special projects assigned by Associate Director, HR. The Human Resources Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resource department.
