The National Institute for Children’s Health Quality (NICHQ) is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to driving dramatic and sustainable improvements in the complex issues facing children’s health. Human Resources Manager
NICHQ is currently recruiting an organized and efficient part-time Human Resources Manager with at least 5 years of HR experience in non-profit human resources to manage all human resources operations and processes, including recruiting and onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, staff manual maintenance, leave management, and identifying and facilitating training opportunities.
Project Team - Tech & Data Systems Manager
NICHQ is currently recruiting an energetic, organized Technology & Data Systems Manager with at least 2-4 years of project management experience to be responsible for the day-to-day interaction and management of specific activities within a project or multiple projects.
Comms Team - Web & Product Manager
NICHQ is currently recruiting a technical-minded Web & Product Manager with at least 3 years of technical product experience to develop and maintain various technical products that support projects, from developing standalone project-based websites to reimagining a web-based project portal (formerly called CoLab) into customizable instances for current and future projects. Related to organizational operations, the Web & Product Manager will be responsible for general maintenance of NICHQ.org in collaboration with external support.
